Case Study
CREW Northern Colorado
About The Client
CREW Northern Colorado is a local chapter of a non-profit organization called CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women). CREW helps women who work in commercial real estate to advance their achievements by assisting them in business networking, industry research, leadership development, and career outreach.
The Initial Challenge
When Jamie with CREW Northern Colorado reached out to us, the website that we had previously designed for them was beginning to break due to age and outdated software. Their e-commerce platform was broken on the back end entirely, and prevented them from being able to sell event tickets to their real estate community. Jamie with CREW also had concerns about the most cost effective way to sell tickets, and the best way to simplify their role in PCI compliance.
The Solution
First, iPoint thoroughly audited the site to determine if it was salvageable, but after working through software updates and troubleshooting issues with their outdated theme, we determined that the best course of action would be redesigning the website. This also allowed us to provide CREW Northern Colorado with a fresh, modernized look that crisp, clean, feminine, and professional. Throughout the redesign process, we researched several payment processing solutions that internally managed PCI compliance, and helped them find the ideal solution for them. This allowed CREW Northern Colorado to consolidate their payment systems, saving them a little money in the long run. iPoint was also able to make several recommendations to simplify the user experience of this website.
