Case Study

Fort Fun

About The Client

Fort Fun is a local entertainment destination that has exciting activities for the whole family! With their arcade, restaurant, go-karts, skating rink, batting cages and more, you can count on them for a fun time.

The Initial Challenge

Fort Fun, and their Sky Zone locations reached out to iPoint because they did not have an internal IT team, and needed help connecting multiple offices and locations to one network and wanted help with applying general IT best practices.

The Solution

iPoint set Fort Fun and their affiliate offices up with a wide area network (WAN) and created opportunities that allowed their employees to remotely, and securely connect to the network. Fort Fun also took iPoint's recommendation to use Network Monitoring and Remote Backups, so their network would be securely monitored for viruses and attacks, which helps prevent issues and security breaches. Fort Fun has been happy to have iPoint manage all of their IT needs!

The Results

Multiple offices and locations have been connected under one network. Updates, upgrades, and maintenance is managed for Fort Fun, making their lives easier.

Fort Fun’s network is securely monitored for best security practices, and they have automatic backups as part of their emergency prevention and mitigation efforts.
