Cancellation of Services
All iPoint service cancellations require a 30 day written notice. Payments made for iPoint services are non-refundable. Billing cycles for all iPoint services will continue until Client sends a cancellation notice in writing. Clients will be billed for all service charges incurred during the 30 day cancellation period.

Website Hosting Cancellation Policy
iPoint Hosting Clients may terminate or cancel any services by giving iPoint a 30 Day written notice through our website contact form or via email at [email protected]. In such event, the client is obligated to pay all fees and charges accrued prior to the effectiveness of such cancellation.
Once we receive your cancellation request and have confirmed all necessary information with you via email, we will inform you in writing that your account has been canceled. You will receive a second email confirming the cancelation of series once the 30-day cancelation period has expired.
We prefer all cancellations to be done in writing through our website contact form or email [email protected]. This process aims to reduce the likelihood of mistakes, fraudulent/malicious requests, and to ensure that you are aware that your files, emails, and account may be removed immediately and permanently after the cancellation request is processed.
