In one example of this our client was collecting daily sales data from 13 stores around the state of Colorado via faxed in forms filled out by store managers. The forms were then entered into Excel spreadsheets by the corporate receptionist and printed out for review. This took away time from the person at the corporate front desk and made cumulative data very hard to analyze. We then replicated this form on a secure extranet site that can be accessed by all store managers 24 hours a day.

Complete online administration that allows our client to create new store managers, grant or change security levels, view or edit sales data entered, and print complete reports of daily or cumulative sales divided by store, area, and total.
Store managers are guided through the form on what data is expected and limited to the time frame the can enter data for daily sales.

For example, our client can log in from any where in the world and view the daily sales totals for all their stores. They can also post messages and documents that all store managers need to see.

Instead of looking through spreadsheets and waiting for them to be compiled, now our client only needs to fill out this form for a complete daily report:
